Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - Arucas - Firgas - Teror - Crater Bandama

Our tour will start in the capital of the island - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. We will drive through the city and stop for a short pedestrian walk through the old town, see the majestic St. Anne Cathedral and the house where Christopher Columbus stopped on his way to America. Then our route runs to the rum capital - the city of Arucas, we will stop in the city center to admire the church of St. John the Baptist, climb the observation platform and go further to the water capital of the island - the town of Firgas, famous for its medicinal wartes and for its charming benches and the best views of the Atlantic Ocean. Next, our route goes to the town of Teror - the religious and pilgrimage center of the island, where you can visit the Basilica of the Virgin of El Pino, the Patron Saint of the island. You will have the opportunity to admire the famous Canarian balconies and try local specialties. Our tour of the island will end in a very picturesque place, on the observation platform of the crater, where you will see all the power and magnificence of this volcanic island.

Good day! We had a sightseeing tour on the island of Gran Canaria with Elena. Since time was short, but we wanted to see it all! Of course, the most important thing is the old city, the Vegetta district, the cathedral of Santa Ana, we even went up to the bell tower, from where we have seen a magnificent panorama of the whole city. Since it was a holiday - the Magic Kings - and we were lucky to meet them in the center.We drove along the entire northern coast of the island with the final stop for a late lunch at the Restaurant Tagoror, which is located in the real cave of Guayadeque and tasted local Canarian dishes. Elena also provided us with discount cards for shopping at El Corte Inglese and we received an additional discount and invitation card for a glass of wine and a Spanish appetizer at the terrace cafe ! Very busy and enjoyable day! We liked everything!

My wife and I visited Gran Canaria in early January. There are not very many Russian-speaking guides on the island, on the Internet, largely accidentally, we found the guide Elena. On January 23, they travelled with Elena along the southern part of the island. This route is suitable for those who love nature, mountains and serpentines. Very scenic route. Dunes Maspalomas - a piece of the Sahara - unforgettable. Puerto de Mogan- Little Venice. Gorge in the caves still live people. And much more. Elena is a great guide. We learned a lot of interesting things. And that is very important, great driving. (They were with 2 children. 01/05/2019 I with my mother were on a cruise in the Canary Islands - on Gran Canaria. Pre-month agreed with Elena about a sightseeing tour for one day. My mother is elderly, she walks badly, so an individual excursion was absolutely necessary for us! Elena took everything into account, wrote to me ten times with questions — what was the best way to do, was literally worried about every little thing that might interest us.

In new places we prefer to take not a bus tour, but an individual one: the impression is completely different . Elena showed us the most important sights of the island.
